Haridwar, known as the Gateway to God, is one of the 7 holiest cities of India. Situated in the district Haridwar of Uttarakhand and located on the banks of river Ganges, it is one of the most sacred and visited pilgrimage Destination in the country. Situated at a distance of 200 km. from Delhi, the place has numerous Ashrams, Yoga centers and Famous Temples. To sum it all up, Haridwar is a typical old Indian town rich in culture, religion, numerous temples, and legends of God.

By Air :-Dehradun's Jolly Grant airport is located just 20 km from Haridwar from where flight to all major destinations in India can be taken.

By Train :- Haridwar Junction is well-connected by train to almost all India states and other pilgrimage destinations.

By Road :- Haridwar has a well laid out Roadways and Highways connecting it to all nearby cities and towns such as Delhi, Rishikesh and Agra.

Haridwar,bharat-mata-mandir -: MUST VISITS :-

Hari-ki-Pouri :- This is the main site in Haridwar to take a dip and worship the river Ganges. Visit in the evening and take part in the Arti ceremony when thousands of people put floating lamps in the river.

Mansa Devi Mandir :- Located atop a hill, this temple provides a Birds-eye view of the surroundings. A cable car can be taken to reach to the entrance of the temple.

Bharat Mata Mandir :- This temple is dedicated to Mother India, i.e. both to the Deities and the Secular Heroes. Their paintings and idols are stacked in the temple and the objective of this place is basically to celebrate the proud history of the country.
